This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 3jle ("3jle," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you," "Player," or "User") who access or use the 3jle online gaming platform, including the 3jle website and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

5 Legal Basis for Processing

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your active 3jle account, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AML record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution.
• Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus one (1) year thereafter for compliance documentation purposes.
